Modi Group In Network Marketing

Modi Group is founded by Gujramal Modi (1902-1976) starting with a tiny family business then spreading from 1933 ahead with companies such as Modi sugar, Modi oils, modi lantenrs and torch works, Modi vanaspati manufactured company, Modi industries ltd. Modi steel, Modi spinning and weavings mills co. Ltd., Modi yarn mills, Modi threads, Modi soap and Modi carpets etc.
For time beings Modi's brother Kedarnath Modi joined the company the Modi group was India's 7th largest combination the company had become the center of the eponymously renamed city Modinagar. Gujramal Modi died in 1976. Kedarnath Modi successed with the help of Gujramal Modi's five sons and his own three sons who later joined the business.
In april 2010 Krishan Kumar Modi (K.K Modi) chairman of Modi group published the succession plan for his business. He shared his business with his three children run by K.K Modi family trust of which he is the managing trustiee.
In june,2011 the Modi group announced thatit was planning the earning more control in ''Godfrey Philips India" from the american tobacco company "Philip Morris" both group had a share in company 36% until in 2009 Modi group earning an additional 11% stake in GPL  from "Philip Morris" taking its share to 47% as the joint enterprise agreement this group has the fair to take its holding up to 51% buying turtier into "Philip Morris" tge assign brought "Philip Morris" stake down to 21%.
In 1996 Sameer Modi S/O K.K Modi founded "Modicare" enterprises i.e direct selling in network marketing.
SamirModi born on 15 december 1969 is an Indian businessman and the younger son of Indian businessman K.K Modi and his wife Bina Modi. He is an executive director at Modi Enterprises i.e founded by his grand father Rai Bahadur Gujramal Modi in 1933. He is also a good executive director of Godfrey Phillips India and a director of Indofil Industries ltd. He has been involve in launching various new advantages for the Modi Group including Colour Bar Cosmetics, Modicare and twenty four seven retail store.
